Shaun was excellent in emphasizing the need for critical analysis in developing marketing strategy. More so than other instructors, he consistently conveyed the need to apply knowledge to actions and elaborate on our answers past simply a 'yes' or 'no.' Coursework was extremely applicable to the real world. I enjoyed Shaun and would recommend him to other students.

Also, I wanted to extend a huge thank-you for being such a great adjunct faculty member.... You always responded quickly to my emails and provided helpful, thoughtful responses that helped me learn. Your meet sessions and discussions on Facebook were much more engaging and enjoyable than any of the others I've been a part of in this program so far. Your expertise really showed and you taught me (and the rest of the class) a lot of great information that we'll use for years to come in our careers. I'll definitely miss this class. So, thank you!!

I learned so much in this class. I have a new boss who is strong in analytics, and he forgets that we had minimal exposure previously and speaks in all the acronyms and analytic-speak. I feel much more confident and can say I understand what he's talking about now.

Shaun did a nice job of treating the course as a graduate level course. I felt like my writing ability was really tested and challenged. He was also passionate about particular topics in the digital marketing course. He tried to involve the entire class in discussions.

Challenged us to think out of the box. Shaun really helped me further my learning in digital marketing. I already had experience in the field, so it was interesting to connect my past with new ideas and technology. The class was always really engaging.

Mr. Holloway has been the best professor I have had at Franklin. He is very knowledgeable about marketing and technology and really stretched me in terms of my thinking. His class was tough, but worth it. I would definitely take another one of his classes in the future.

As a member of The Sales Centre and a degree in Marketing, there were times throughout college that I had doubts about my major and thought about going into something different. Your course, however, was the assurance I needed and the final decision to stick with my major because of how much I enjoyed the presentation style atmosphere as well as the marketing and sales aspect of it.
To fill you in on myself, after college I took a position with Wells Fargo Financial in the financial sales field in July 2009. By reviewing my notes from your course and remembering things I had learned during presentations, I was one of the top employees there and actually led the branch in total volume. Best, Corey

I was just writing to let you know that I am up in cleveland working as a sales / marketing intern with State Farm Insurance and...... I SPINNED SOMEONE!!!! HAHA It was a Holy crap moment after I was done also.
I did not even realize I had did it till after I was done and made the sell and I had to write you because you said sometime the light would go on with the technique and it did. I know it's nothing to brag about, but it has been my highest skin care class in sales since I started as a Mary Kay Consultant. I think I could do this whole personal sales as a career in my future. I just wanted to email you to tell you that your class was extremely helpful to me and is one of the few classes I've taken that I've applied in everyday life. I say this because I had a internship interview a couple weeks ago at SBC Advertising and to help prepare I went over some of the things that we talked about in class.
The interview went really well and I found out last weekend that I got the internship for this summer. There is no way I would have been as well prepared and known what to expect if I hadn't taken your class. A lot of the little things helped me out like the rules of 10, making small talk, and even some SPIN questions to see what they would be looking for in an intern.
